We’re looking for a Partner Performance Analyst to join the TGE Freight team in Brisbane and help drive smarter, stronger performance across our Delivery Partner network.
This is more than a reporting role. You’ll turn data into insights, identify trends and opportunities, and help leaders make better decisions that improve service, performance and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Analyse partner performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Build and improve reporting, dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Support partner performance reviews and operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and performance.
- Use AI, automation and digital tools to find smarter ways of working.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Delivery Partner teams.
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, SQL, Copilot or similar tools .
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology .
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- A curious, commercially minded and continuous improvement mindset.
- Transport, logistics or network experience is highly regarded.
