Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including supplier invoices and payments, bank reconciliations, and outstanding payment monitoring. Supports SST, e-Invoice, tax compliance, monthly financial reporting, and audit requirements while maintaining accurate accounting records. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with SQL Accounting. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions using SQL Accounting.
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.
- Assist in SST, e-Invoice, and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and support audit requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with SQL Accounting.
- Knowledge of Malaysian SST and e-Invoice requirements is an advantage.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
