Welcome
We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Project System solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize project management processes, including project planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Your tasks
- Configure and maintain SAP PS functionalities according to business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional SAP solutions.
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and settlement.
- Manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, activities, and project structures.
- Support integration between SAP PS and other modules, particularly FI/CO, MM, and SD.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments and integrations.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.
- Provide user support and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Your profile
- Proven experience as an SAP PS Functional Consultant.
- Good knowledge of SAP Project System processes and configuration.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, cost management, and project settlement.
- Understanding of integration between SAP PS and other SAP modules, especially FI/CO.
- Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System is an advantage.
- Good command of English and German
