- Assist in creating and maintaining ORM reports, including tracking key metrics and presenting findings to the team.
- Support the ORM team in managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Stay informed about emerging online platforms and technologies that may impact online reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and online monitoring tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
