About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role focuses on creating impactful visual communication across Teabox and associated businesses, requiring a strong foundation in design principles and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals across multiple consumer touchpoints.
Must-Have’s:

Minimum 1 year of work experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.

A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of design decisions.

Working knowledge of generative AI tools in design and production contexts.
Responsibilities:

Create and deliver high-quality designs for various brand and business requirements.

Design e-mailers, inserts, brochures, catalogs, packaging and other marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.

Ensure all creatives align with Teabox brand guidelines and visual identity.

Organize and prioritize workload effectively while handling multiple assignments.

Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to the team.
