Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Squad Leader (.NET) to lead a team of developers and QA engineers, drive technical delivery, and ensure high-quality project execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET technologies, SQL Server, Azure services, and modern software architecture, along with proven experience in technical leadership, team management, and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, and delivery of assigned work packages.
- Manage and guide developers and QA team members.
- Coordinate with Technical Leads and other stakeholders.
- Own work packages, delivery timelines, and technical quality.
- Prepare effort estimates and manage resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers and delivery challenges.
- Monitor team productivity, timesheets, and delivery progress.
- Ensure coding standards, quality, and best development practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge retention.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework.
- Hands-on knowledge of .NET 10.
- ASP.NET MVC and WebForms.
- SQL Server.
- Entity Framework 6 / Entity Framework Core.
- Dapper.
- Azure Functions and Azure Blob Storage.
- Azure Bicep.
- HTMX.
- CQRS pattern.
- Modular Monolith Architecture.
Common Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience understanding business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with UK or European clients is preferred.
- Domain experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Field Services, or ERP is desirable.
- Ability to work according to UK business hours.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years of overall .NET development experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams or technical squads.
- Strong combination of hands-on technical expertise and team leadership.
- Experience in client-facing project delivery, preferably with UK/European stakeholders.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
