We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to support our growing IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts and perform basic system administration tasks.
- Maintain IT asset records and document support requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
