Job Description
TechGropse is seeking a skilled Android Application Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate has experience with modern Android development frameworks, mobile application architecture, API integration, and performance optimization.
The successful candidate will collaborate with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Kotlin or Java code.
- Build responsive interfaces following Android design guidelines.
- Integrate REST APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Implement application security and authentication features.
- Test applications across different Android devices and versions.
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with backend developers and design teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
- Support application releases, updates, and maintenance.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience in Android application development.
- Proficiency in Kotlin or Java.
- Knowledge of Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and database integration.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture and debugging.
- Understanding of application testing and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Familiarity with Firebase and push notifications.
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture.
- Experience with Google Play Store deployment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Understanding of mobile application security.
