Job Description
- Support the definition of user experiences and digital journeys across Allianz Vehicle Intelligence solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, dashboards, catalogs, and visual concepts to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Gather and refine requirements, balancing user needs, functionality, usability, and performance.
- Create presentations, newsletters, graphics, videos, and digital assets to support communication, adoption, and engagement.
- Iterate and evolve designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain UX documentation, design assets, templates, and visual standards.
- Leverage AI and design technologies to improve content creation, user experience, and productivity.
- Implement dashboards, reporting, and process automation using Power BI, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Apply Allianz UX, branding, accessibility, and design standards across all deliverables. Skills / Experience
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, digital communications, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of UX, usability, visual design, branding, and visual storytelling principles.
- Experience designing user journeys, dashboards, workflows, catalogs, and digital experiences.
- Experience creating presentations, newsletters, videos, and communication assets.
- Proficiency in design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Figma or equivalent platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for design, content creation, and multimedia production.
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard design, reporting, and data visualization.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other process automation solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, cultures, and geographies.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX, visual design, digital communications, or related disciplines
Strong understanding of UX, usability, visual design, branding, and visual storytelling principles
Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard design, reporting, and data visualization
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other process automation solutions
