**Job Description** **Byka Digital Technologies Ltd** is seeking a talented Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, provide technical direction, and collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high\-performing applications that support business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead software development projects from planning through implementation. * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering teams. * Review system architecture, code quality, and technical standards. * Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to deliver successful solutions. * Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvement across development processes.
**Qualifications**
* Experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or solution development. * Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks. * Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Experience with Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud technologies is advantageous.
