About the Role:
Looking for a Technical Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day technology operations and ensure systems, support processes, and technical services run reliably. You will coordinate operational priorities, support technical teams, and help improve service performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Coordinate daily technical operations, incidents, and service priorities. Team Support: Guide technical staff, allocate work, and support escalations. System Reliability: Monitor infrastructure, applications, and service performance. Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve workflows, response times, and operational efficiency. Incident Management: Coordinate technical issue resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders. Reporting: Track operational KPIs, service levels, recurring issues, and improvement actions.
What We Are Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in IT operations, technical support, infrastructure, or service delivery. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms, networks, business systems, and support environments. Leadership: Comfortable guiding technical teams and managing competing priorities. Problem Solving: Able to investigate issues and coordinate practical solutions. Tools: Experience with ticketing, monitoring, Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar platforms. Mindset: Reliable, organised, calm under pressure, and focused on continuous improvement.
Pay: £42,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
