Salesforce QA Engineer – Agentforce

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and exposure to Salesforce Agentforce / AI capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Test Salesforce Agentforce, AI-powered agents, agent actions, topics, instructions, and automated responses.
- Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Objects, Flows, Apex, APIs, and external systems.
- Create and execute positive, negative, boundary, and exception test scenarios.
- Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and business requirements.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate Salesforce data flows and integrations with external applications.
- Perform data and database validation as required.
- Execute regression testing after Salesforce configuration and development changes.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Business Analysts, and Product teams.
- Support UAT, release testing, and production validation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA / Testing experience.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce applications.
- Good knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Understanding of Salesforce Flows, Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
- Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing.
- Experience with API testing and Postman.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security.
- Experience working with Jira and Agile methodology.
Good to Have
- Experience with Einstein / Salesforce AI.
- Experience testing GenAI / LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of Prompt Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Salesforce certification is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on experience in Salesforce QA + Agentforce/AI testing, API testing, Salesforce integrations, and end-to-end testing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
