**Job Title: Project Manager**
**Experience: 2–3 Years**
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate with architects, builders, project managers, consultants, and contractors for ongoing and upcoming projects. * Track project progress from enquiry to completion. * Ensure timely submission of quotations, samples, technical data sheets, and approvals * Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Finance departments for smooth project execution. * Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve project\-related issues. * Maintain project documentation, customer database, and progress reports. * Organize site visits and coordinate product demonstrations. * Follow up on payments, work completion certificates, and customer feedback. * Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management. * Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and service standards.
**Requirements:**
* **2\-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in paints, construction chemicals, building materials, or construction industry.** * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Strong follow\-up and relationship management. * Knowledge of project management practices. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems. * Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
