AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of an AI-powered Network Management platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Microsoft Azure, LLMs, RAG, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and cloud-based application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying scalable AI solutions that can analyze network incidents, generate intelligent insights, and support automated resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, processing, indexing, and AI integration components.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for network and incident data.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI services into production applications.
- Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, and Azure Foundry.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and cloud-based services.
- Deploy and manage applications using Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps.
- Work with Agent Frameworks and Agents SDK to build intelligent AI/agentic solutions.
- Implement CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and other DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Azure Foundry / AI services.
- Experience with Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure App Service and/or Azure Container Apps.
- Knowledge of Azure ML and AI/ML deployment practices.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Mistral, Llama, or other open-source LLMs.
- Experience with AI Agents, Agent Framework, or Agents SDK.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Azure Event Hubs, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake.
