A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Human Resources leads the delivery of HR strategy and talent initiatives across multiple
assigned sites or a large, complex site, partnering with business and operations leaders to strengthen
organizational capability, workforce effectiveness, employee retention, and business performance. This role
provides HR leadership through workforce planning, talent and succession management, leadership coaching,
employee relations, analytics, and organizational change, with an emphasis on oversight and strategic
partnership rather than direct HR administration. This position reports to the HR Director.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead HR strategy and workforce planning across assigned site(s), aligning workforce capabilities,
organizational structure, labor needs, and talent priorities with current and future business requirements.
- Develop and drive labor, retention, and employee relations strategies that strengthen workforce stability,
engagement, performance, and a positive employee experience while effectively managing organizational
risk.
- Lead talent management and leadership capability across the region, including talent reviews, succession
planning, leadership development, performance management, and coaching leaders to build strong and
sustainable teams.
- Use HR metrics, workforce analytics, and business insights to identify trends and guide action, partnering
with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to improve organizational effectiveness and HR
outcomes.
- Lead organizational change, integration, and consistent execution of HR programs across assigned sites,
providing oversight and direction to HR team members and ensuring enterprise processes, systems,
policies, and initiatives are effectively implemented.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience partnering with business
leaders and supporting complex HR matters. (Required)
- Experience in employee relations, organizational performance, and the application of employment
policies and practices. (Required)
- Experience leading HR across multiple sites, business units, or geographically dispersed teams.
(Preferred)
- Experience leading or developing HR professionals (Preferred)
- Experience supporting manufacturing or another operationally complex environment. (Preferred)
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP. (Preferred)
