Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska with an office in San Francisco, California, TELCOR is a proven leader in healthcare software, delivering Point of Care (POC) middleware, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, RCM managed billing services, and AI-driven solutions to hospitals, health systems, and independent laboratories nationwide. TELCOR is Great Place to Work Certified®, and our core values — integrity, innovation, dedication, acceptance, passion, and collaboration — guide how we build products and work with one another. As TELCOR enters an accelerated growth phase, our Marketing organization plays a central role in building the brand, sharpening our market position, and fueling the systems that scale the business.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative thinker who can turn complex ideas into great stories, make those stories look as good as they sound, and know how to get them in front of the people who matter.
As TELCOR's Senior Content Marketing & Design Specialist, you'll have your hands in just about everything. Thought leadership, blogs, digital campaigns, social media, video, and whatever new content format comes next. One day you might be interviewing an industry expert for an article. The next, you're designing a campaign, editing a video, or finding a fresh way to bring a technical topic to life.
You'll work with people across marketing, sales, and product who know their stuff. Your job? Find the interesting stories in all that expertise and turn them into content people want to read, watch, and share.
We want someone who can run with an idea from the first brainstorm to the finished product. Someone who knows when to push the creative, when to simplify the message, and when something just isn't working.
Great writing. Smart design. Fresh ideas. Good instincts. And the confidence to bring something better to the table, even when nobody asked.
If you're the kind of person who can't look at a cluttered graphic or a boring headline without wanting to fix it, let’s talk.
