General Description:

Plans, manages and completes project initiated by the different units in the Bank. Facilitates in the definition of the project missions and resource requirements. Manages project budget and resource allocation. Regularly interacts with internal clients and ensures effective communication. Resolve or assist in the resolution of issues and concerns within the project. Ensure completeness of the project documentations, maintaining a comprehensive repository that can be easily retrieved as the needed arises.

OVERALL

· Scope of work:

· Leads in the project planning and initiation activities, enforcing compliance to project management methodology.

· Leads and coordinates with project stakeholders in monitoring deliverables, objectives and project schedule to validate if the processes required are clearly defined.

· Monitor project status to ensure that each is within the agreed scope, timeline and budget.

· Identify and recommend activities that will allow and ensure smooth implementation and compliance to project management and methodology and agreed standards.

· Communicates project-related issue to the team on a regularly basis to immediately resolve issues and identify potential problems before they occur.

· Manages and control resource allocation, ensuring that all projects have dedicated staff. Reviews roles and responsibilities to evaluate the need for staff recruitment.

· Ensures comprehensive and complete documentation from project inception to production implementation to ensure a well-put-together information for efficient reference.

· Validates completeness of deliverable documents to identify incomplete work and non-compliance to agree standards.

· Maintains a repository of all projects for efficient and easy access.

· Documents and disseminates changes in the agreed scope and timeline to project team for sign-off, to ensure that members understand and agrees with the amendments to be made.

· Prepares presentation for status report meetings, to provide guidelines on previous accomplishments and on-going activities.

· Prepares, gathers and disseminates information to the team to formalize project completion.

· Reviews and ensures a comprehensive project sign-off obtain acceptance on the deliverables submitted.

· Evaluates results after close-out and cascade “learnings” to the other project managers as reference to future implementations.

· Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time where the incumbent’s expertise is involved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Educational Requirement:

· Must be a graduate of 4 or 5-year degree of Computer Science or any related field.

· Experience:

· Must have at least three (3) years project management experience in software development setting.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
