**Navy Medicine Operational Clinical Communities (NMOCC) Analyst**

Project Description:

The Navy Medicine Operational Clinical Communities (NMOCCs) are multidisciplinary groups of medical leaders from across the Navy and Marine Corps that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Naval Medicine to implement leading practices that improve medical readiness and the quality of care provided in an operational (deployed) environment, resulting in optimal health and readiness of the Fleet and Fleet Marine Force (FMF). NMOCC initiatives fall under the direction and guidance of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Office of the Chief Medical Officer. The NMOCCs drive value by focusing on patient\-oriented outcomes, utilizing data analytics, reducing unwarranted variation, engaging in continuous process improvement, and adopting leading clinical practices. NMOCCs coordinate with internal and external stakeholders primarily through the Fleet Health Integration Panel, the Health Services Operational Advisory Group, and the Navy Medicine Wellness, Readiness and Quality Cell to prioritize Fleet and FMF healthcare quality needs, establish best practices, and expand those across Navy Medicine. NMOCCs include, but are not limited to: Operational Medicine, Female Force Readiness, Oral Health, Pharmacy, and Trauma.

The Contract Support Team supports the NMOCCs in executing strategic initiatives and providing comprehensive program management centered around 1\) supporting operationally based clinicians and staff through advancing process improvement efforts and developing best practice guidelines, 2\) updating clinical policies to reflect current medical best practices, 3\) standardizing provider skills and proficiencies relevant to operational medicine, and 4\) identifying ways to improve the experience of Navy Medicine providers. This project is highly client facing and provides regular exposure to key Navy Medicine and Deloitte leadership.

Work you’ll do:

* Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing by supporting NMOCC meetings, including developing agendas, consolidating materials, facilitating meetings, providing tech support, taking notes during meetings, and summarizing decisions and action items following meetings * Facilitate communications directly with clients by serving as the primary point of contact for NMOCC members across the Navy Medicine enterprise, including email communications, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder outreach * Support and lead the development of work products, including policy documents, leadership briefs/presentations, and talking points, to advance the work of NMOCCs * Implement leading practices and advance process improvement efforts to improve medical readiness and the quality of care provided in an operational environment, including working directly with clinicians to review clinical practice guidelines, synthesize clinical recommendations for particular conditions, create treatment algorithms, and update clinical policies to reflect current medical best practices * Identify ways to improve the experience of providers by gathering input from interviews and focus groups, synthesizing feedback, and developing recommendations * Support recurring program operations across multiple pods, including action item and milestone tracking, status reporting, meeting preparation, deliverable coordination, logistics, and stakeholder communications * Use approved AI\-enabled tools responsibly to support drafting, note synthesis, meeting support, research organization, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human review and quality control * Support research and analytics activities by gathering information, synthesizing findings, and helping translate data and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations

Preferred:

* Active security clearance (e.g., Secret or above) or ability to obtain one * Bachelor’s degree required; coursework or experience in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred * Familiarity with the military and/or healthcare industry * Strong client communication skills * Strong professional writing skills, including email correspondence and client\-facing materials * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and program management skills * Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Adobe PDF * Close attention to detail * Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Self\-driven with an ability to independently manage tasks * Comfort with preparing and presenting ideas to clients, including larger groups * Comfort with working in a collaborative team environment * Familiarity with or interest in approved AI resources and using them responsibly to improve research, drafting, coordination, and knowledge management * Interest in healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, and process improvement * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized across concurrent pods * Exceptional problem\-solving skills and sound judgment

Pay: $45\.00 \- $50\.00 per hour
