Title :: Technical Analyst Location :: Charlotte NC Mode :: Onsite Job Description: 7+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst Experience/Knowledge of Java-based Web API/Web Services and Kafka Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Has experience creating high-level and low-level designs, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams. Understanding of Telecom Billing Systems (e.g. CSG, ICOMS) Able to propose solutions and help architect the flow of services Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders and developers. Participate in JAD sessions and provide solutions as needed. Document technical inputs and requirements. Create both high-level and low-level design diagrams and flowcharts.
