**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and delivering data\-driven solutions. **Responsibilities**

* Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. * Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Power BI to support decision\-making processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business needs through effective communication and analysis skills. * Manage project lifecycle activities in accordance with SDLC principles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. * Design and optimise databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and utilise SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives. * Create detailed process diagrams and documentation using Visio to facilitate understanding across teams. * Develop automation scripts using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), R, or Python to streamline workflows. * Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout project phases. * Assist in database design and optimisation efforts to enhance data integrity and performance.
