Who We Are

At Tenzo, we’re transforming the way restaurants operate.

Running a restaurant is tough, but we believe every operator deserves total clarity on their business. Powered by AI and real-time data flows, Tenzo turns complex operational chaos into clear, profitable decisions that cut waste and boost sales. As one of our customers put it, “It’s helped us make smarter, faster decisions and spot opportunities we might have missed before.”

Tenzo was created when our Co-Founders Christian (scaling his own 6-location restaurant chain, Hummus Bros) and Adam (leading McKinsey big-data projects) teamed up to fix the industry’s fragmented data headache. We turned first-hand operational pain into the platform restaurateurs rely on to move from surviving to thriving!

Backed by Techstars and top Silicon Valley VCs, we’re a vibrant, global team of 30+ and we are just getting started. We take hospitality seriously and our work passionately as we look to enter an exciting new phase of expansion. As we scale our platform, expand our footprint, and take Tenzo to the next level, we're looking for ambitious, curious problem solvers to join us!

The Role

As a Product Manager, you'll own the delivery of our product roadmap and lead specific product areas from discovery to launch. You'll bring first-hand hospitality experience to make sure what we build works in the reality of running restaurants, bars and hotels.

You'll work closely with our Senior Product Manager, who sets the overall roadmap and strategic direction. Your job is to turn that direction into shipped product, and to be the person in the room who knows what an operator will actually do with it.

Your Mission

  • Deliver the roadmap: Work day to day with engineering and design to scope, sequence and ship roadmap commitments. Run planning and refinement, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders across sales, customer success and leadership clear on progress and trade-offs.
  • Own product areas end to end: Take full ownership of one or two feature areas. You'll write specs, define success metrics, make scope calls, validate with customers, and keep iterating after launch.
  • Be the voice of the operator: Pressure-test designs, priorities and edge cases against how GMs, area managers, ops directors and finance teams really work. Challenge assumptions early, before they become rework.
  • Launch what you build: Own release notes, internal enablement for sales and customer success, and post-launch measurement for your features. Feed what you learn back into the roadmap.
  • Stay close to customers: Run discovery and feedback sessions for your areas, and use product data to understand adoption and where users get stuck.

Who You Are

  • Essential: Hands-on hospitality operations experience, ideally as a General Manager, Area Manager or in an equivalent operational role, accountable for restaurant performance. You've owned sales, labour and margin targets, and you can speak first-hand to the pain points and day-to-day reality of running a site.
  • A strong product mindset and a genuine ambition to build a career in product.
  • The ability to take a problem all the way from ideation to shipping: understanding the root cause, shaping solutions with engineering and design, planning the release and thinking through the impact on customers.
  • Curiosity about data and comfort using it to inform decisions and measure whether what you've shipped is working.
  • Strong judgement: you can say "an operator would never use it this way" with conviction, while staying open to evidence that challenges your own experience.
  • Clear, concise communication with engineers, customers and leadership alike.

Desirables:

  • Prior PM experience (2–5 years) is a plus, but operational hospitality experience is key.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products sold to multi-site groups.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Figma and Mixpanel, or equivalents.
  • Exposure to data or analytics products, including dashboards, reporting or forecasting.

Life at Tenzo

  • Financial & Equity : Stock options so you get a share in our growth, plus a competitive ESG-focused pension scheme
  • Team Events : Quarterly customer lunches, annual global team offsite, and quarterly socials (in-person & virtual).
  • Time Off : 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases to 27 days after 1 year, 29 days after 2 years).
  • Flexible Working : Hybrid working model (minimum 2 days a week at our office in Marylebone, London) with up to 2 weeks remote work abroad during summer
  • Tech & Setup : MacBook, workstation perks, all software needed, plus a £75 annual work-from-home budget.
  • Growth & Wellbeing : Dedicated professional development time, eyesight tests + £75 spectacle contribution.
