- Supervise daily terminal and port operations, including vessel berthing, loading and unloading, cargo handling, and yard movements.
- Coordinate vessel schedules, manpower assignments, equipment deployment, and operational requirements.
- Monitor cargo flow, yard utilization, equipment productivity, and vessel turnaround time.
- Lead and supervise terminal personnel, including foremen, crane operators, stevedores, checkers, and other operations staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable port regulations, safety and security procedures, and company policies.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, Customs, trucking providers, stevedores, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, schedules, manifests, and other required documentation.
- Monitor operational delays, equipment availability, and resource utilization, and recommend measures to improve productivity and control costs.
- Investigate and report operational incidents, cargo discrepancies, safety concerns, and other irregularities.
- Ensure proper coordination and turnover of operational activities between shifts.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
