Job Description: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications, including AI agents and RAG-based solutions, in production environments.
The role also involves backend engineering, cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and direct client engagement to identify and deliver AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready AI/ML applications.
- Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and RAG pipelines.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement MLOps practices, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
- Engage directly with clients for AI use-case discovery and solution development.
- Drive technical innovation, R&D, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Strong Python programming and backend development skills.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Experience developing AI Agents and RAG pipelines.
- Experience deploying ML models in production.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of automated unit and E2E testing.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Experience leading client engagements and AI solution delivery.
- Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
