Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and providing valuable insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial information to identify trends, assess financial performance, and recommend opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, revenue, expenses, and cash flow to evaluate the company's financial performance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and projections to support management decisions.
- Monitor financial trends, identify potential risks, and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
- Assist with budget preparation, financial planning, and periodic variance analysis.
- Collect, organize, and interpret financial data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities.
- Develop financial models and conduct cost-benefit analyses for business projects and investments.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure financial records and reports comply with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with Power BI or other analytical software is an advantage.
- Excellent numerical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy when handling confidential financial information.
