Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Mumbai
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5–8 years of experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales, preferably from the Interior, Furniture, Furnishing, Building Materials or Architectural Products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants & PMCs
- Work with a large Architect & Designer network to generate business opportunities
- Drive product approvals and specifications for projects
- Identify new project and institutional sales opportunities
- Handle client meetings, site visits and project coordination
- Manage vendors and coordinate project requirements
- Prepare and coordinate BOQs
- Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Use AI tools for networking, lead generation and database management
- Achieve business and sales targets
Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Project / Institutional / B2B Sales
- Exposure to the Interior / Architectural / Building Materials industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with Architects & Interior Designers
- Confident, proactive and target-oriented
