Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, including proven supervisory or managerial experience, preferably within luxury villas, boutique hotels, or multi-property hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop the reservations team.
- Strong understanding of reservation procedures, room inventory, rate structures and conditions, distribution channels, and OTA management.
- Proficient in hotel PMS platforms, with experience in VHP and/or GuestPro considered an advantage, as well as familiarity with Channel Managers and OTA extranets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads, improve workflows, manage competing operational demands, and maintain consistent standards across multiple properties.
- Ability to monitor team performance, ensure compliance with established SOPs, and drive continuous operational improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with property teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for hospitality excellence and continuous improvement.
