We're looking for a **Senior Accountant \& Financial Analyst** to join our leadership team and help drive the financial performance of our growing business.

**About the Role**

This is more than a traditional accounting position.

We're seeking a finance professional who enjoys both **hands\-on accounting** and **financial analysis**. Approximately **60% of the role focuses on day\-to\-day accounting and finance operations**, while **40% focuses on financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting management decisions**.

Working directly with the General Manager, you'll play an important role in helping guide the financial health and future growth of the business.

**What You'll Do**

**Financial Reporting \& Analysis**

* Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports * Analyze business performance, product margins, and manufacturing costs * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections * Develop financial models and KPI reporting to support business decisions

**Full\-Cycle Accounting**

* Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable * Complete account reconciliations and journal entries * Lead month\-end and year\-end close processes * Process bi\-weekly payroll and government remittances * Prepare year\-end working papers for external auditors

**Manufacturing \& Operations Support**

* Monitor inventory and standard costing * Analyze production costs and inventory variances * Support inventory reconciliations and product costing * Assist with production planning, including milk purchasing * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business

**Compliance \& Administration**

* Prepare HST, WSIB, EHT, and regulatory filings * Complete Dairy Farmers of Ontario reporting requirements * Maintain strong financial controls and compliance procedures * Support ERP improvements and reporting automation

**What We're Looking For**

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business * CPA designation (or working toward CPA) is preferred * 5\+ years of progressive accounting experience * Manufacturing experience is a strong asset

**Technical Skills**

* Advanced Microsoft Excel * Sage 50 or other ERP/accounting software * Strong financial reporting and analytical skills * Experience with inventory and standard costing is an asset
