Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. * Screen resumes based on job requirements. * Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Assist with onboarding documentation and recruitment activities. * Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or recent graduate in any discipline. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
