Responsibilities
- Oversee cost control, financial planning, budgeting, and accounting activities across the Group.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including Zero Based Costing (ABC), Forecasting & budgeting
- Review financial records, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Identify cost inefficiencies and spending trends and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and financial discipline.
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance, coordinating with external auditors where required.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor internal controls to minimize financial and operational risks.
- Lead and support the Cost Control Team, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
- Evaluate investment proposals, business cases, and capital expenditure (CapEx) based on cost-benefit and financial viability.
- Provide financial analysis, process evaluation, and actionable recommendations to support management decision-making, growth, and profitability.
Required Skills
- Strong financial analysis, cost control, and management accounting skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- High attention to accuracy, detail, and data integrity.
- Ability to convert financial data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Postgraduate degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, management accounting, or FP&A is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
