Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
- Supervise mechanics, technicians, body shop staff, and other employees.
- Coordinate and process vehicle insurance claims from start to completion.
- Communicate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers regarding claim approvals and repair status.
- Prepare repair estimates and ensure accurate documentation.
- Schedule jobs and allocate work to technicians.
- Monitor repair quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, spare parts, and workshop equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Track workshop performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and insurance companies to ensure timely repairs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
