We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products and solutions to swine and poultry farms, distributors, dealers, and other agricultural customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess farm needs and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth within the assigned territory.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and customer reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in product demonstrations, technical seminars, trade shows, and other company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the swine, poultry, animal nutrition, veterinary, or agricultural industry. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and is willing to drive for field work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
