Our client, a boutique private money lender in Orange County, is looking for an experienced loan servicing professional for a role with real ownership. This isn't routine payment processing. You'll manage loans from day-to-day servicing through default, workout, foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, REO, and final sale, all while protecting investors' interests.
What you'll do:

Oversee payments, payoffs, reconveyances, and investor and borrower communication

Spot trouble early by tracking delinquencies, senior liens, taxes, and insurance

Negotiate workouts, modifications, and forbearance agreements with borrowers

Manage the foreclosure process with trustees and counsel, including bankruptcy and eviction matters

Protect, manage, and market REO properties through sale and final payout

Experience in California private money or commercial real estate lending

Hands-on experience taking loans through default, foreclosure, and resolution

Confidence working with foreclosure trustees, attorneys, and bankruptcy counsel

Clear, professional communication, especially when a loan is in trouble

Strong organization and sound independent judgment
