Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 2–3 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying or related field will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BQ), measurement, and construction costing.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a project team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.
Job Description:
- Provide Costing Analysis for each Project.
- Obtaining cost price comparisons from craftsmen and suppliers (at least three prices)
- Manage current payment claims and review all bills from subcontractors and suppliers before sending them to General Manager for verification.
- Monitor quotations from craftsmen during construction so as not to exceed the contract budget.
- Make briefings related to BQ with the design and project 'team' before entering the site for each project.
