Our client, a major role player in the industrial solutions sector, is looking for a strategy-minded CFO to join their team based in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full finance function and partnering with the Managing Director and EXCO in the next phase of growth. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Financial planning, budgeting, and strategy
- Commercial finance and performance management
- Procurement strategy custodianship
- Stakeholder leadership and team capability
Minimum requirements:
- Must be a qualified CA(SA)
- 7 years' experience in a senior finance role
- Experience operating on a strategic and commercial level
- ERP experience (e.g. SAP, Syspo, Kerridge, etc.)
- Experience using AI in reporting
