Job Description
- Assist in preparing and process the monthly staff payroll accurately.
- Resolve internal and external accounts queries quickly.
- Perform general administrative duties for the main office.
- Capture financial data neatly into the accounting system.
- Manage petty cash and track office expenses daily.
- Follow up on outstanding customer queries & payments with care.
What You Need to Apply
- Proven experience working in payroll and accounts administration.
- Experiece in popular accounting software like Pastel, Sage or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- A good positive attitude and a clear willingness to learn.
- Being a reliable team player who communicates clearly with others.
