Job Description

Oversee the overall sales performance, profit margins, and growth of your software portfolio.

Manage healthy, direct business relationships with leading global and local retail software vendors.

Collaborate closely with marketing teams to create exciting product promotions and sales campaigns.

Help reseller sales teams present point of sale solutions to prospective enterprise clients.

Host engaging training sessions to teach channel partners about the latest software features.

Track stock levels, software licensing, and order deliveries to ensure smooth customer operations.

Monitor vendor rebates and performance targets to maximize earnings for your business unit.
What You Need to Apply
- A recognized Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Proven product management or brand management experience within the ICT distribution sector.
- Solid commercial background working with retail software, ERP, or point of sale solutions.
- Strong track record of building positive relationships with South African IT channel resellers.
- Confident communication skills to pitch solutions and negotiate contracts with commercial decision makers.
- Good understanding of software licensing, subscription renewals, and vendor rebate programs.
- A positive attitude, a keen willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
