Job Description
- Set and improve the daily sales strategy for your team.
- Hire, train, and support new business development staff.
- Track individual and team sales results against monthly targets.
- Run focused lead-generation projects to find new business.
- Check that deals are priced correctly before credit approval.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from start to payout.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
What You Need to Apply
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- A strong, proven history of hitting sales and revenue targets.
- Background in asset, equipment, or commercial vehicle finance is preferred.
- Good understanding of how to find and sell to business clients.
- Experience in hiring, managing, and guiding a sales team.
- Ability to easily structure and review financial transactions.
- A good positive attitude, willingness to learn, and being a team player.
