Job Description
- Find new business leads through regular calling, field visits, and local industry networking.
- Demonstrate quality safety footwear, workwear, and tactical lighting gear to prospective clients.
- Create accurate price quotes and submit sales proposals for bulk corporate orders.
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with company procurement managers and safety officers.
- Help clients choose the best compliant protective wear for their workplace sites.
- Negotiate fair prices and delivery dates while protecting healthy company profit margins.
- Deliver friendly, helpful service to ensure existing clients receive quick order support.
What You Need to Apply
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) or a recognised sales or marketing diploma.
- Proven track record in B2B field sales, industrial distribution, or PPE supply.
- Experience pitching directly to company purchasing managers and workplace safety decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of standard workplace safety footwear and personal protective equipment.
- Valid South African driver's license with reliable personal transport.
- Strong verbal communication skills, honest negotiation habits, and solid customer relationship abilities.
