Job Description

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, stock picking, and packing for prompt order dispatch.

Book and manage daily collections with local couriers and transport freight partners.

Work closely with the production stock controller to balance daily factory ingredient needs.

Track stock levels, batch numbers, and stock shelf life using the system.

Lead, guide, and support the warehouse floor team to achieve daily dispatch targets.

Check incoming raw materials and outgoing customer orders for total quality and accuracy.

Maintain clean warehouse aisles, safe forklift operations, and good food safety standards.
What You Need to Apply
- Minimum of 3 years warehousing experience within the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans are essential.
- Practical working knowledge of Pastel Evolution ERP software is a distinct advantage.
- Good computer literacy using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must own reliable transport and preferably live within 20 km of City Deep.
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) with proven warehouse and dispatch management ability.
- A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a genuine willingness to learn.
