The Role & Responsibilities :
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager to own our Instagram presence end-to-end. This isn’t just a posting role — you’ll be the creative brain behind our strategy and the person who briefs our videographer on exactly what to shoot.
What you’ll do :
- Build and own our monthly content strategy: themes, formats, posting cadence
- Work with our existing library of photos and videos to create engaging content
- Write captions that feel human and narrative — we don’t do punchy marketing speak
- Brief our videographer (Julia) on specific shots and sequences needed for Reels, with clear creative direction
- Edit or coordinate the editing of Reels using footage Julia captures
- Track what’s working and adjust the strategy accordingly
What we’re looking for :
- Proven experience managing Instagram for a travel, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brand
- A strong creative eye — you can look at raw footage and see the story
- Experience writing briefs or shot lists for video creators
- Comfort working in a small, async team with a lot of autonomy
- Someone who values authentic storytelling over polished content
Nice to have :
- Experience in travel content specifically
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
