Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Screen Enclosure & Window/Door Salesman to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for screen enclosures, windows, and doors, sunrooms, hurricane shutters and other outdoor patio projects. Your expertise in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management will drive business development and help us achieve our sales goals. Duties

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and marketing strategies.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their needs for screen enclosures, windows, and doors, providing expert advice on product options and features.
• Present compelling proposals and negotiate terms to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage existing customer accounts by maintaining ongoing communication, addressing concerns, and upselling additional products or services.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage client information, and monitor sales progress toward meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collaborate on marketing to develop promotional campaigns that increase product awareness and generate leads.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales and software sales tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency.
• Lead sales management activities by setting appointments, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on potential deals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies to enhance your sales strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in technical sales, software sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong background in negotiation, deal closing, and managing customer accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for sales management tools is essential.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic business development efforts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to clients of varying backgrounds.
• Experience in client relationship management (CRM), account management, and client communication is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in managing complex deals within a competitive market environment will be advantageous.
• Leadership qualities that enable guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
