**Job Summary**

As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service excellence. You will oversee daily front\-of\-house activities, supervise staff, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for, while also managing operational tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

**Responsibilities**

* Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments deliver outstanding guest services * Lead and motivate team members to achieve service excellence and uphold hotel standards * Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth workflow * Oversee check\-in and check\-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Manage emergency situations or incidents with calm professionalism, coordinating with relevant departments * Support human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback * Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and staff by enforcing safety protocols

**Skills**

* Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff * Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward common goals * Excellent guest service skills with a focus on positive resolutions and personalized experiences * Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations * Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front desk management and hospitality standards * Adaptability in fast\-paced environments with excellent problem\-solving capabilities

Pay: £31,000\.00 per year
