We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** with expertise in **Motion Graphics** and **UI/UX Design** to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating visually engaging designs, intuitive user experiences, and high\-quality motion graphics for digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop branding materials, marketing content, website/app interfaces, and interactive user experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design engaging graphics for digital and print media. * Create high\-quality motion graphics, animations, and promotional videos. * Design intuitive and user\-friendly UI for websites, web applications, and mobile apps. * Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups based on user requirements. * Ensure a seamless user experience by following UI/UX best practices. * Create visual assets for social media, presentations, advertisements, and branding. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and digital platforms. * Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
**Required Skills:**
* Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). * Experience with **Figma**, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design. * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. * Knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, and video editing. * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces. * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is an added advantage. * Strong creative thinking, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, or a related field. * **1–3 years** of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or UI/UX Design. * Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
**Software Skills:**
* Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe After Effects * Adobe Premiere Pro * Figma * Adobe XD (Preferred) * Blender or Cinema 4D (Optional) * Canva (Optional)
