Company Description
The Yiros Shop is a family-owned, Australian-based fast-food restaurant chain that's redefining the
experience of eating Greek-inspired street food. Born from a passion for authentic Greek flavours, our
menu is built on the very best fresh ingredients, and a dedication to bringing customers the perfect
balance of quality, taste, and tradition.
Since our humble beginnings, we've grown to 15 restaurants across Queensland and beyond, making
the iconic Greek Yiros experience accessible to more people every day. We believe great food is more
than just a meal; it's about connection, community, and culture. We're proud to offer not only delicious
food but a workplace where every team member is valued and every customer feels at home.
We're looking for a Fast Food Team Leader to join our Albion restaurant.
Our Culture
At The Yiros Shop, we're more than just great food. We're a community. We foster a positive, inclusive
workplace where everyone is encouraged to bring their whole self to work. As a family-owned
business, we care deeply about the people in our team and believe strong relationships are the
foundation of everything we do.
We champion diversity, celebrate individuality, and are committed to making sure every team member
feels respected, supported, and heard, whether you're behind the scenes or front of house. When you
join The Yiros Shop, you're joining a brand built on authenticity, connection, and real opportunities to
grow.
