The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) – Insurance & Investments is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across insurance and investment businesses. The role focuses on driving organizational change, digital transformation, operational modernization, business process optimization, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

- Performance & Governance: Establish transformation KPIs, monitor project delivery, manage budgets, and ensure effective governance across transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage senior executives, technology partners, regulators, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure successful transformation delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, master's degree in digital transformation, technology management, or business strategy preferred.
- Typically 12–18+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, investments, digital transformation, or enterprise change management.
- Significant executive leadership experience managing large-scale organizational or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, investment services, financial technology, and digital business models.
- Proven experience in business process reengineering, automation, technology implementation, and organizational restructuring.
- Experience managing complex transformation portfolios, cross-functional teams, and multimillion-dollar initiatives.
- Excellent strategic planning, change leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
