About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer with strong written and verbal communication skills who can turn technical information into clear, reader-friendly content. The candidate should also be willing to support marketing content and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update technical documents, user guides, product descriptions, FAQs, and manuals.
- Work with technical and product teams to understand features and explain them accurately.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Organise documentation and maintain updated versions.
- Support marketing through website content, blogs, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Assist with market research, promotional activities, and coordination as required.
- Follow brand guidelines and meet content delivery deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply.
- Strong research, proofreading, and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn new products and tools and contribute to marketing activities.
- Freshers with strong writing samples are welcome; relevant internships or 1–2 years of experience are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, Canva, or content management systems.
- A portfolio of technical, academic, or marketing writing.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
