At The Third Estimate, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects—from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the Project – Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion Takeoffs & Ordering – Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials Scheduling – Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track Budget Management – Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages Customer Experience – Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction Job Walkthroughs – Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections Problem Solving – Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, production, and customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- ✔ 3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management
- ✔ Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes
- ✔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
- ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✔ Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
- ✔ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- ✔ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Must have experience measuring windows

$60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
