Position: HR Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter
Location: Amritsar
Salary CTC Range: Rs. 25,000-40,000 per month
About the Role:
As an HR Recruiter at Think Something Digital, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent to support our company's growth objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to candidate engagement.
