The Summer Internship is a paid experience designed for students who are eager to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Summer interns will apply for a specific area of ministry where they will spend the majority of their summer learning from and serving alongside experienced church staff. In addition to practical ministry training, summer interns will receive personal and leadership coaching as well as opportunities for intentional development and biblical training throughout the summer.
Applicants must:
- Have completed two years of college in a ministry or ministry-adjacent field
- Have personal integrity in all areas of life
- Demonstrate giftedness in their area of ministry interest
- Demonstrate readiness to serve in a professional environment
- Have a willingness to champion Third City’s vision, mission, and core values as expressed in our staff handbook
