Unsolicited Application (all genders)
Thorit GmbH · Böblingen or Lisbon · Various employment types · Open year round
None of the open positions fits your skillset or passion?
We're hiring across various roles, and this is where you come in anyway. Not every great fit shows up exactly when we happen to have an open position, if you think you'd be a good match for Thorit but none of our current postings quite fit your profile, we still want to hear from you.
We're the AI and CRM consultancy for the agent native enterprise. As a Diamond HubSpot Partner, we work with B2B clients across the DACH market, building the agent layer on top of HubSpot and the systems around it, then operating it together with our clients. Agentic means software that works toward goals instead of waiting for clicks, that's the shift we help our clients make, and it's also how we try to run things internally, in sales, delivery, and People & Culture.
What we're always interested in
We continuously look for people with experience in the following areas, even outside of specific open roles:
-
HubSpot implementation, CRM architecture, and Marketing/Sales/Service Hub expertise
-
AI agent development, automation, and agentic workflows
-
Consulting, project leadership, and technical delivery in a B2B environment
-
Sales and business development in the DACH market
-
Finance, People & Culture, and internal operations
If your background is in a different area and you still think you'd be a good fit, reach out anyway.
What You Should Bring
-
A sense of ownership, and an interest in shaping processes and structures rather than just executing them
-
Experience that fits a growing, agentic consultancy, whether from consulting, a software company, or another industry
-
Working proficiency in German and English
What Happens Next
We review open applications regularly, however in case of an open application, it can take some time. Please be patient with us! If your profile matches a current or upcoming role, we'll reach out for an initial conversation.
